Auckland Temporary / up to 4 Months NZ$26.00 - NZ$28.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:-

  • You will be scheduling and planning advertising
  • Working with media buyers, assistants and planners
  • You’ll be securing airtime and booking clients activity
  • Assisting sales team with planning schedules and campaign analysis

ABOUT YOU:-

  • You’ll have a strong customer service ethos
  • You are a strong and confident communicator – written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy
  • Technically savvy and capable of learning new systems to manage workflow and filing
  • Ability to cope well under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Comfortable with high volume workload
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be diplomatic
  • Ad hoc admin tasks to support team
