About the role
Our client is based in Auckland CBD and is one of NZ’s premium bespoke jewellery design houses. Their sales and design team are growing and as a result they are now looking for a talented individual to provide critical administrative support, so they can deliver incredible experiences to their clients. This is a crucial role within the sales team with plenty of opportunity for the role to grow, expand and keep you very busy. Utilising your coordination skills, your key responsibilities will include:
· Taking care of the end to end management of the diamond and gemstone orders
· Managing the supplier relationships around the orders
· Supporting Sales Consultants with preparing quotes, organising viewings and jewellery collections, managing details of the jobs through production and sending out completed jewellery
· Coordinating sales team and managing schedules
· Helping coordinate team events, offsite days etc.
About You
· Strong coordination skills with experience in a high performing environment
· Positive, passionate, driven team player
· Well-presented, professional with an interest in design, fashion etc
· Able to work Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am -5.30pm
