Sales Manager – Botany

This sales leadership role is with the Botany branch of an iconic NZ company that pride themselves on their customer service. In fact, they have won awards for it. They have been in the market for over 50 years and have an enviable company culture. Selling used vehicles is what they do, but they do it differently than others. This will be the senior role in this small but successful branch and as such will include some branch responsibilities. Your main function however will be mentoring and developing the staff to ensure their success.

A little about the role:

• Coach and mentor the sales staff
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all time
• Need to be available to work weekends
• Responsible for the development of sales initiative
