Located in Palmerston North and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales enquiries and orders through existing customers and developing new business. Be part of a successful team and exceed sales growth targets by building strong client relationships. Enjoy the variety of a wide and varied customer base from the ski fields through to truck and transport and everything in between.
Bring your sales experience, both new business development and enhancing relationships with existing customers. You will preferably come from a parts or engineering industry. Enjoy working in a supportive team to achieve your goals.
Your responsibilities:
· Working with established customer accounts – utilise a structured call cycle to manage and develop
· Develop new sales opportunities within existing account portfolio and seek new clients through actively canvassing industrial sectors
· Sales calls and face to face meetings with key decision-makers. Promoting features and benefits of products and quality solutions
Your experience:
· Proven sales and new business development
· Key account management experience
· Ideally experience selling to the industrial market
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Bring your outgoing and energetic personality
