Maintenance Supervisor

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Monitor and report on all maintenance work and third-party contractor performance
• Manage relationships with third-party contractors
• Maintenance jobs are allocated to the correct priority and within the required time frames
• Issues are actively and collaboratively managed
• Track and report financial information for each contractor/region
• Outstanding work order reports actioned weekly
