National Operations Manager – Food Service

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation in major growth phase. Our client is the leading school food and beverage service provider in New Zealand. Their mission is to be the trusted food provider to hungry learners, giving them a chance to improve their learning potential.

You will be an operational and compliance expert and most likely be working in a Senior Management role within food service, ideally with residential experience. Being a proactive, hands on people leader you will guide a nationwide team of area managers to ensure the best possible service for the customer as well as being responsible for positive financial growth of the organisation.

The role is varied and includes nationwide travel. Reporting to the General Manager you will work collaboratively with the leadership team whilst supporting the nationwide operations team.
