We are on the hunt for an exceptional operator to join this Kiwi-owned and operated brand who offer and deliver outstanding logistic solutions throughout NZ. An incredibly busy and pivotal role; it is crucial you can confidently and competently carry out all tasks and thrive within an ever-changing environment (you won’t be bored!).

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Managing all communication with external & internal stakeholders
  • Scheduling and coordinating shipments
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Daily reporting via Excel
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

  • Exceptional organisation skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding communicator both verbal and written
  • You could come from any industry, this is around YOU and your excellent coordination skills – amazing opportunity to prove yourself
