Operations Business Analyst

About the role

Based in West Auckland, our client is a highly respected NZ owned company that supplies a range of medical equipment and consumables to the NZ health care industry.

The role of Operations Business Analyst is a maternity leave contract and will see you working closely with the Supply Chain and Purchasing Team to manage data production and pricing policies.

Responsibilities will include.

· Working with necessary areas of business to gather information and analyse data to draft and submit tenders.

· Analysing pricing and campaign data to make accurate recommendations.

· Submitting contract reports and manage the communication regards to contract queries and changes.

· Managing contracts to ensure product and pricing schedules are updated and accurate.

· Understanding and managing the company’s price structures in accordance with company strategy.

· Assembling data, analysing pricing, identifying problems, and developing recommendations to increase margin.

· Managing price review process including an implementation plan to customers.

About you

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent people management capability and communications skills

· Process focussed – re-engineer processes to gain efficiencies.

· Proficient user in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
