Agile Business Analyst

Permanent intermediate Agile Business Analyst role with one of New Zealand’s most successful business and technology consultancy, recognised Salesforce partner, with over 100 consultants, working with many of New Zealand’s largest companies in the banking, FMCG, government, utilities and other areas.

They are well respected for their customer centric approach and high-quality delivery. Our Client consult companies in business and technology transformation, cloud application delivery, Salesforce and customer engagement, using agility, human-centred design and mobility as standard.

With a team of exceptional professionals as a cornerstone and our client’s difference, they are looking for a passionate, pragmatic, high integrity and insightful Business Analyst to work in a fun, dynamic and collaborative environment, mentored by the leaders and challenging business and technology problems that you’ll solve.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• You will work on multiple projects for leading NZ organisations in a variety of industries, capturing user stories, building the backlog etc. Projects are usually related to redesigning various processes and working with enterprise systems.
• Lead engagements and provide experience, capability, and methodology to customers as you deliver solutions that meet their business objectives;
• Gather data, structure information, and formulate a way to move forward as you deliver clear and concise summaries and recommendations;
• Engage with senior business leaders, assisting them to enable change;
• Work with and learn from a highly experienced, skilled team.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 5+ years business analysis, product ownership, product analysis experience;
• Good experience with Agile frameworks, but able to adapt to a hybrid environment;
• Understanding of Human-centered design is a plus;
• A track record of high achievement;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and people skills;
• Outstanding listening and communication skills;
• Natural curiosity and ability to multitask;
• A tertiary qualification and the ability to work in NZ.

You will work with a friendly and dynamic team for leading NZ organisations in a variety of industries and in a handy Auckland central. Salary on offer is between $65,000-95,000 per annum.
