Business Analyst

So, what’s the role?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s team, an innovative international software house, that has a fantastic growth and development structure. You will be joining an established function with room to learn and grow in a culture that invests in you.

Working closely with the Product Management team, you will be helping to garner requirements from a number of global clients, mainly in the USA, Australia and a few here in NZ too, and help to turn them into higher level, more detailed ideas and designs. You’ll work collaboratively within the development team to help them ultimately agree and produce the best solutions, making sure they validate the client requirements and helping to alleviate and communicate on any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will mainly sit within the Insights and analytics space, so a good knowledge is highly advantageous. As well as:

• A general understanding of the Analytics Model
• Communicating detailed business requirements
• Understanding Database structures, including Data Warehousing
• The middleman between the product and the development teams

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Management
• Experience working across the BI and analytics design and development space
• Experience working in a SDLC environment
• Ability with capturing requirements through understanding Client processes.
• Agile
