Contract Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager for a contract initially until the end of May to be an integral part of this change management program at a large NZ organisation, operating in the Healthcare sector.

You will be playing a key role on a business-critical project – upgrade of an ERP system (Oracle) impacting over 8000 users, reporting to the Change Management Lead.

You will be responsible for analysing organisational and role impacts, delivering change artefacts and coordinating change analysis, including current to future state change analysis across people, processes, technology and data, learning needs analysis, business readiness assessment, measurement of change adoption and documents supporting the successful implementation of the people-side change.

The project is in the rollout phase now and from the change management perspective, they have completed the high level impact assessments.

YOUR BACKGROUND/ATTITUDES

• Practical hands-on experience in change management across large projects
• Strong experience in change impact analysis and role impact assessment
• Change focus, change outcomes driven
• Excellent communications skills, strong stakeholder engagement
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages / actionable plan
• Ability to influence
• Translating new system functionality/business processes for end users
