Contract Full Stack Developer

The role:

• Full Stack development using the latest tech stack including modern front end JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular and Vue.js. Backend technology like TypeScript & Java.
• Very focused on API development.
• Newly established team- you will make a difference and leave your mark!
• Cloud based engineering platform
• Agile/ Scrum environment
• Communicate effectively in the team and across teams as well.
• Initial contract for 6 months, renewable, likely to extend for another 1.5 years.

The ideal candidate:

• You are an experienced full stack developer with experience in React/ Vue/ Angular and TypeScript/ES6 /Java.
• You would have experience with Microsoft Azure services (or similar AWS services).
• Experience with Microservices/ Micro-Frontend is essential.
• Experience in an agile environment is ideal.
• Strong experience in developing APIs, API gateways & management.
• Ideally, exposure to Serverless & containerisation.
• You will be based in NZ and available for a quick start.
• A current & valid right to work in NZ is non-negotiable.
• Passion, initiative & good overall software engineering skills are essential for the role.
