Contract Senior Technical Business Analyst 8m, Albany

8-months contract Senior Technical Business Analyst needed to join Albany office of a leading service provider of maintenance services to the Utility sector, who pride themselves on their friendly multicultural environment. You will be working on a large project – IT and business restructure of services, affecting all areas of the business due to the nature of services e.g. planning, distribution and billing.

• 8 months contract
• based in Albany
• start date ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements, analysing and documenting current state of systems and processes
• Working closely with the Development team
• Technical translation to support the business
• Implementation for new business process Documentation
• Gap Analysis
• Risk assessment
• Technical reviews
• Support test analyst

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• API integration and creation experience
• Experience working with SQL, JSON and XML
• Good understanding and experience of Agile Delivery Methodology
• SAP knowledge would be a nice to have but is not a must have requirement
• Business process experience – reviewing, optimisation and creation
• Strong documentation skills (business process, functional specs, technical specs etc.)
• Strong problem solving skills
