Customer Support Engineer

Permanent role in a stable, secure environment joining a team of experts in learning & managed services based out of Auckland providing technical services to ICTs and technical escalation point for customers at a resolve layer L1 & L2.

Customer Support Engineer will take a support role in-depth understanding of the wi-fi infrastructure collection of networks, identify risk associated with the installations.

You will develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base requirements, manage the installations, and develop standardisation templates for BAU.

Application System Admin/Analyst

The ideal candidate:

· Experience in the Managed Service Provider / School Education / Learner domains

· Technical and non-technical ticket Escalations & support

· Resolve Incidents assigned

· Operational experience in a Support, wi-fi infrastructure, and Customer Projects

· Preferred would be CCNP / NSE 5 Qual. But not a must have

· Must have strong experience in Infrastructure, switching and routing and firewall,

· Understanding and working knowledge of Oracle and Fortinet networking

· Familiar delivering technical solutions and projects.

· Experience with managing expectations of all stakeholders
