Our Client is a successful and renown digital agency, offering innovative customer experience improving solutions through design, strategy and use of cutting-edge technology to a great number of NZ organisations in various industries.

Digital Business Analyst will join our Client’s world-class team of creative and technology experts and will support the Product owner in all aspects of digital products lifecycle from idea and discovery through to building backlog, prototyping, customer testing and implementing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Capturing requirements and creating user stories, providing support in gathering technical requirements and development of technical documentation;
• Communicate with UX Designer, Development team, Product team and stakeholders;
• Responsible for sprint planning;
• Ensure backlog accurate prioritisation;
• Support testing and liaise with Implementation team.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Proven track record in Business Analysis, Product Ownership or Product Analysis inhouse or within a consultancy with solid Agile delivery techniques
• Previous experience in designing digital customer experience in content management, e-commerce, social or mobile
• Experience with API’s / web services
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in NZ.
