What you will bring:

8+ years of business management or consulting experience in a good company

Managerial or professional achievement

The day-to-day:

Set delivery targets

Build the business

Responsible for the client team

Able to use blended methodologies

Realize entire delivery journey finish at change manager.

Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.

Work directly with clients, usually on client site

Take ownership of the overall project and its end products.

Create a true followership

Gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses

Developing recommendations for presentation to client management

Implement those recommendations with client team members
