This business has grown exponentially over the past year and is looking to continue this growth and development by bringing an engaging and influential Head of Data and Insights to aid in the development of the AI capability for product development and translate the tangible business benefits taken from the data to the wider business and indeed their customers.

What will you be doing?

· Lead the process of customer’s data analysis to determine and recommend positive business actions or data led campaigns.

· Develop and drive the AI capability for product development and customer analytics consulting.

· Translate complex data solution’s into compelling insights that solve customer problems and enhance product capability.

· Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver engaging data reporting visualisations for customers.

· Drive the synergy between Data Science and Product Development to create better Customer Analytics and Insights.

What we are looking for:

· A strong background in Data Science and Analytics in commercial environments.

· Ability to translate business needs and customer problems into analytical and research solutions.

· Excellent communication skills, both external facing to build understanding and rapport with customers, and internal facing to communicate product vision and inspire engineering teams.

· Proficiency in visualising data insights

· Familiarity with data toolsets: SQL skills, Python, R, Java, SAS, SPSS etc.
