IT Operations Engineer

An initial 6 month contract role for well known Kiwi brand for an IT Operations Engineer:

What’s the role?

• Install, support and maintain the physical technologies as well as the associated software across the organisation
• Align with the Electrical Engineering team to support the technologies that span both teams (CCTV, specific control systems etc)
• Rotating shift roster of 4 days on/4 days off in a 24/7 capacity

What are we looking for?

• Experience with general network management and administration best practices (CCNA is a bonus)
• Experience that demonstrates excellent communication, customer service, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Understanding and experience with IT and OT Technologies
• Understanding of working in and around electrical systems
