Lead Data Architect

This is a rare opportunity to work for a leading consultancy and build up a data practice. This is a client facing role where you will have free reign to develop the data architecture for this business both internally and for their clients. You will be working with a variety of businesses to develop Big Data and ML practices. There is a great package on offer and flexible working is encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in data architecture and a clear understanding data governance principles.
• Experience with a range a data technologies with the Microsoft stack a preference but Informatica a plus
• Experience in a range of Big Data technologies and noSQL databases
• Client facing experienced and a network in New Zealand strongly preferred.
• The ability to lead a team and develop data strategy from scratch
• experience with ML principles and a keen interest in this area.
