WHAT TO EXPECT AND MORE:
Troubleshooting all main issues (via phone and email)
Installing and configuring devices
Setting up new users (could be high volume)
You will have knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix (advantageous) and can work with little documentation
Great manager, support, good to build on your existing L1 helpdesk skills
Excellent pay rate, IMMEDIATE start up until end of Jan
NZ work experience required
