Level 1 Support Desk Analyst

Our client is a trusted organisation in the healthcare realm, based in accessible Mount Eden. Working closely with a credible team who are people-centric and passionate about all things IT (yes, it’ll be an extension of you!).

WHAT TO EXPECT AND MORE:

  • Troubleshooting all main issues (via phone and email)
  • Installing and configuring devices
  • Setting up new users (could be high volume)
  • You will have knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix (advantageous) and can work with little documentation

  • Excellent pay rate, IMMEDIATE start up until end of Jan
  • NZ work experience required
