This is an exciting, large and nebulous programme with lots of moving parts!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various projects for a large transformation programme, focusing on customer personalisation and the marketing experience. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, vendors and project team members.
It’s an initial 6 months contract, based in CBD of Auckland or Wellington, with flexible working and ASAP start (ideally end of Jan!)
What’s the role?
Part of a large transformation programme, managing multiple projects
The main project is to help transform the marketing capability and approach – making it more personalised to the customer

Planning and tracking day to day activities of vendors and teams
Managing integrations, end user reporting, deployment and support
Reporting to Steering committees with senior stakeholders
Understanding and articulating the business cases to multiple stakeholders
Strong technical, communication and project management skills required
Who’s the ideal candidate?
5 + years of experience in Project Management, ideally including CRM and/or integration projects – Salesforce knowledge is advantageous
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles
Experience managing large, complex projects involving integration with multiple vendors
Excellent communication & technical skills
Results oriented, pragmatic & able to manage multiple releases and tight deadlines
Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
Availability in Auckland or Wellington and the right to work in NZ
Ability to travel once in a while
Ideally able to start right away but could wait a bit fir the right candidate if absolutely necessary
