SAP Enterprise Architect

This Enterprise Architect role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior candidate with technical and commercial acumen and functional expertise to lead an SAP S/4 HANA implementation for a New Zealand sustainable manufacturing company, producing products contributing to human wellbeing and health.

• 12 months FTC contract, perm possible
• Location Canterbury

The Enterprise Architect will be overseeing and contributing to both business and IT Architecture, providing business-to-technical liaison and producing the strategic plan for realising the technical vision.

Responsibilities:

• Business Architecture to identify business capabilities, describe or map out primary business functions and drive adoption of best practices, working closely with business analysts, solution/technical architects and business stakeholders;
• Architecture Leadership including overall design, governance and development of the ERP solution, identification and management of improvements, changes and risks;
• Full lifecycle development of the project, including workshops, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Relationships management with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

From you:

• significant experience as an Enterprise Architect ideally within manufacturing industry;
• previous leadership of large ERP implementations and business transformation projects, ideally SAP A/4 HANA;
• Knowledge of public and private cloud architecture (Azure);
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and microservices;
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall.
