Scrum Lead

Initial 6 Month contract for a Scrum Lead, who is ideally Wellington based, but open for flexibility:

Our government client is transforming into a scaled Agile way of working. The focus of the transformation is ensuring tech and business functions are set up in a structure with clearly defined ways of working.

Our client needs a pragmatic and hands-on Agile Coach/Scrum Master who can coach and support a few squads in the Core Infrastructure Platform and Network Voice & Systems Product Delivery teams.

So what are we after?

• 5+ years in a Scrum Master role, with some hands on coaching
• Demonstratable experience working with multiple methodologies of Agile
• Ability to coach all levels of stakeholders
