Scrum Master

The role:

· Contract role for an experienced Scrum Master within a large enterprise environment

· Initially till end of 2021, likely to extend

· Work as part of an agile practice in a vital leadership function

· Work with large and diverse teams across geographic locations

· Resolve, raise and escalate issues

· Manage stakeholders

Ensure the scrum framework is followed, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile training sessions.

· Promote the Agile mindset

The ideal candidate:

· Experienced Scrum Master, ideally in a complex enterprise environment

· Strong communication and facilitation

· A strong change agent, with the ability to influence mindset and behaviors, across the business

· Have an innate ability for creative thinking in order to solve problems and get things done

· A Scrum master training/ certification is a plus but not essential

· Experience in agile transformation/transition.
