Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:

• It’s a client facing role and the Scrum Master will work with businesses of various industries, size and depth of Agile
• Support and enable teams and their organizations to continuously deliver valuable outcomes to their customers
• Introducing the Scrum framework and Kanban method and its values
• Improving organizations Agile maturity by coaching and developing existing Scrum and leadership teams
• Conduct Agile ceremonies, remove team blockages and ensure optimal team flow
• Support the creation and maintenance of various Scrum artifacts (backlogs, burndown charts, etc)
• Monitor team improvement through metrics
• Enhance relationships with company customers through proactive and engaged account management
• Scoping, estimation and delivery of multiple projects

The successful candidate will have:

• Several years of Successful Scrum Master experience within large/medium sized organisations;
• Understanding of SAFe framework and Kanban method;
• Strong Agile knowledge and experience in mentoring teams;
• Skills in coaching teams to develop a customer centered focus;
• A degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt their approach to customers’ needs and requirements.
