Senior Business Analyst (Digital) – Auckland, New Zealand – Hybrid

Our clinet an iconic, global company are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Digital) to join their Digital Team, to play a critical role in taking an exceptional end-user experience in a true Agile Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) environment across their website and digital retail screens.

The role:

• As an experienced Digital Business Analyst, you will be joining a high performing Team working in a growing, transformational environment helping to build best of breed – world class customer experience across their digital environment.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms (nice to have)
• Experience working in an Agile environment or similar
• Gather user requirements, and translate this to high level designs and solution analysis
• Experience using Confluence & Jira
• Any experience interacting directly with end users would be great to have
