Senior End User Compute Engineer

A great opportunity for an experienced End User Compute Engineer to join a company with an interesting a varied environment. You will be responsible for managing end user’s devices, including desktop, laptop and hand held devices.

This role requires extensive experience with application packaging. You will ensure that applications and operating system images are deployed in a consistent and timely manner and that updates and security patches are applied regularly. Strong experience and knowledge around applying security and configuration policies and settings are applied in line with the company’s standards and policies.

– You will play a key role in developing long term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future desktop, laptop and mobile hardware needs.

– Conduct research on desktop, laptop and mobile products.

– Manage life-cycle for end user compute software including licensing, upgrading and decommissioning.
