Systems administrator

· The role:

· Responsible for running the day-to-day IT function, and the implementation of new IT projects (80% new IT projects and 20% IT support)

· Provide day-to-day technical support on organization’s hybrid IT network (on-premises and cloud), IT business software tools, and hardware (laptops, desktop workstations and printers).

· Work alongside our IT vendors and independent IT contractors to perform the implementation of new IT projects.

· Provide the business with technical advice on any IT related matter ·

· Communicate effectively in the team and across teams as well.

· Tech used: Hybrid IT infrastructure management running on Windows server and Ubuntu Linux server OS., AWS or AZURE cloud exposure, MS Office 365, Hardware.

· The ideal candidate:

· You have good experience currently working in a systems administrator/systems engineer role; handling hybrid IT infrastructure; Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure

· Experience in setting up and maintaining IT hardware as well as providing day-to-day IT service desk support.
