Training Coordinator (10 month Fixed Term contract)

Our client requires a Training Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2022 to be a part of the regional team that is facilitating one of the largest healthcare changes seen in a generation.
What will this role be doing?
Manage the regional training schedule & daily training operations
Coordinate mass course enrollments and manage automatic enrollments to required courses
Build and manage training dashboards for visibility into team performance
Manage incoming training requests, collate, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Collaborate with relevant coordinators to resource training with various technologies, rooms and facilitators
Build and deploy verbal, written and in-person communications around training programs
Maintain SLAs to ensure adequate lead time for successful scheduling and delivery
Find and engage trainers, facilitators, instructors, SMEs to build a learning community
Serve as event POC for attendees and facilitators, either primary or backup
Manage event attendance and drive timely start and completion of programs
Manage training attendee communications proactively and reactively
What experience are we looking for?
3+ years of project coordination experience
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management and practices – and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
A passion for learning and development
Experience in working with and managing potentially tricky stakeholders
