Associate Consultant – Auckland

As you take your first steps on the career pathway, you will work through your bespoke induction programme, with expert industry knowledge, tools, and processes available to set you up for success. As an Associate Consultant, you will become an integral part of the Temporary Team, with an emphasis on talent, providing support through sourcing, engaging, interviewing candidates who are seeking temporary employment. Additionally, we’ll be there to support your development towards becoming a Consultant!

Responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing and connecting with talent
- Pre-screening and interviewing candidates
- Completing reference checks
- Creating advertising content for our website and various SM platforms
- Facilitating engagement activities with candidates
