Associate Consultant – Cyber Security (New York City)

Due to expansion, we are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Cyber Security recruitment team in NY, NY! Since the launch of our New York City office in January 2015, we have become the go-to digital recruitment agency across our four market sectors – Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Technology! This role is the perfect opportunity for a recent grad looking to break into the BOOMING tech recruitment world!

This role will primarily focus on Recruiting best-in-class Cyber Security talent across the USA.

You will be instrumental to our growth within our Cyber Security vertical across NYC and will have the opportunity to quickly step into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will also have strong relationship and business development skills, a motivation to be successful, and a social personality!

Responsibilities of the Associate Consultant

• Have knowledge of the Tech/Cyber Security industry
• Create recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate boards
• Head-up End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
• Conduct interviews and perform candidate follow-ups and serve as a primary point of contact for your candidates
• Build influential candidate relationships

Who we are looking for in an Associate Consultant

• Knowledge of Technical industry
• 4-Year Degree in a technical discipline highly desired but not required
• Positive mental attitude and a team player
• Organizational skills
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, CMS software a plus
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Motivated for promotions, commissions and success
• A can-do attitude, resilience and passionate individual
