Associate Director
Salt Staffing Inc. – CURRENT JOB OPENINGS
We currently have openings for the following positions:
Position: Associate Director (Job Code: 1001)
| Duties: | Responsible providing mid to long term strategic planning input; own and execute strategic business planning and placements by ensuring all activities are aligned to the corporate established policies and procedures in order to maximize all job placement opportunities; lead the commercial hires and sales practices across the US specializing in senior sales executive placements in permanent positions for clients; oversee a team of recruiters focusing on expanding permanent employee placements with various computer start up customers and clientele; conduct daily meetings focused on coaching and training in recruitment best practices; oversee the placement of Sales Account Executives, Sales Directors, Customer Success Directors, Solutionsalas Consultants, Implementation Managers and Sales professionals/engineers; deliver employee placement and sales budgets; provide support with current and future annual sales estimates for recruitment activities; support all recruitment related activities to deliver the best customer experience possible; monitor and provide feedback on recruitment processes to ensure they are fully aligned with annual sales plans and projections; utilize and apply knowledge of full-cycle recruitment strategies, recruitment services contracts negotiations, business leads generation processes, international business practices, global talent acquisitions, diversity/inclusion recruitment initiatives, client development techniques, process improvement procedures, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom Info and MS Teams to perform assigned tasks; prepare reports utilizing dashboards and similar workflow tools; develop and deliver customized solutions for clients; generate job order opportunities with clients; and develop mid to long term business strategies for recruitment placements that contribute to increased productivity and exceeds customer expectations.

Salary: $117,500 per year (including standard company benefits);

| Minimum Qualifications: | Education: Bachelors – Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, Psychology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Lead Recruiter, as a Service Delivery Lead, as a Senior Recruiter, as a Recruiter, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: full-cycle recruitment strategies, recruitment services contracts negotiations, business leads generation processes, international business practices, global talent acquisitions, diversity/inclusion recruitment initiatives, client development techniques, process improvement procedures, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom Info and MS Teams.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

When your referral is successfully placed, you’ll receive:
$750 for Associate Consultant
/ Consultant / Operations
$350 one month in arrears following start date and $350 paid after 3 months’ employment + 1 additional vacation day.
$1,000 for Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant / Senior Principal Consultant
$350 one month in arrears following start date and $650 paid after 3 months’ employment + 1 additional vacation day.
$1,250 for Practice Lead / Managing Consultant
$500 one month in arrears following start date and $750 paid after 3 months’ employment + 1 additional
vacation day.
$1,500 for Practice Manager / Associate Director / Director
$750 one month in arrears following start date and $750 paid after 3 months’ employment + 1 additional vacation day.
If your referral hits 100% of their first-year invoicing target, you will receive either an additional $750 OR 1 additional vacation day.
➢ Referral schemes are subject to change as the business evolves.
➢ For part-time or contract hires the fee will be pro-rated.
