Marketing Recruitment Consultant (Auckland)
Salt Auckland has a cracking opportunity for a Marketing or Digital specialist who is looking to make a career change into recruitment. As a recruitment consultant, you would become part of Salt’s global marketing offering. With more than 20 specialist recruitment Consultants in Marketing across the globe, you will enjoy global marketing insights through team collaboration, access to global PSA’s, and key accounts. Working with established candidates and clients, you will be creating futures across the entire marketing vertical. And in New Zealand, we are happy to say we are the Careers’ Partner for the Marketing Association which gives great access and the ability to grow your network and expertise in the marketing space.

Responsiblities:
- Work closely to ensure we are delivering to exisiting clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Marketing landscape
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
What you have to offer:
- Experience within the Marketing or Digital space
- Commercially aware, understanding how to execute strategies to deliver results
- Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
- A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
- People first – you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike
