The role

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Austin, TX! Since the launch of our Austin office in January 2019, we have become the go-to digital recruitment agency across our four market sectors – Creative, Marketing, Sales and Technology!

You will be instrumental to our growth across the US and will have the opportunity to quickly step into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will also have strong relationship and business development skills, a motivation to be successful, and a social personality! This role will specifically focus on the booming tech contract market in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant

  • Be an expert at identifying technical, creative and marketing talent for contract and contract to perm placements
  • Have proven experience in running a 360 contract desk, specifically in a technical market
  • Create recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate boards
  • Head-up End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
  • Conduct interviews and perform candidate follow-ups and serve as a primary point of contact for your candidates
  • Build influential candidate relationships

Who we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant

  • Previous experience in Sales and Recruitment
  • Proven work experience in an agency setting
  • Positive mental attitude and a team player
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, CMS software a plus
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Motivated for promotions, commissions and success
  • A can-do attitude, resilience and passionate individual
