Managing Consultant- Sales (Auckland)

The Role-

This is a fantastic opportunity to be apart of a fast growing division of our Auckland operation! We are looking for someone to join our vibrant Auckland team, who are extremely collaborative in nature and a great bunch of people to work with- what more could you ask for in a work culture?

You will be leading our specialist Sales Practice, driving the day to day operations and contributing to the overall direction. You will be working on all sales roles (including reps, managers, regional managers etc).

Responsibilities-

  • Ensure you are consistently hitting targets and equally ensure your team has a superb pipeline of work to hit their individual targets
  • Coach, guide and manage team members to ensure their success
  • Identifying potential new clients, to pick up roles both for yourself and your team
  • Work with existing clients, to assist in filling their open roles, as well as further developing the account
  • End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
  • Act as a mentor, leader and brand ambassador both internally and externally

What you have to offer

  • Previous experience leading and coaching a team ideally with a deep understanding of the sales environment
  • Commercially aware understanding how to execute strategy to deliver results
  • Ability to motivate a team; not just through managing, but through proven success in your own sales and leading from the front
  • A real drive to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
