Marketing Executive

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, savvy Marketing professional with first professional experience to take on an exciting B2C marketing role with lots of responsibility in an in-house Marketing team of a young, ambitious company. We are Salt, a global recruitment firm focusing on the digital industry with offices in London, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney and Auckland. We are looking for a Marketing Executive with ideally a couple of years’ experience in digital marketing to take our candidate engagement to the next level and run KPI-driven engagement campaigns. The focus of this role will be on our social media channels with over 150,000 followers, our email automation tool and our website. You will work closely with the in-house marketing team as well as the recruitment teams around the world and will be key to strengthening Salt’s brand.

Responsibilities

·         Manage our global social media channels – you will be the voice of Salt

·         Develop design assets for social media and support recruitment consultants in the promotion of roles

·         Create campaigns to engage with our social media followers

·         Develop and edit video content for social media

·         Coordinate the production of regular quality content for company blog and news section of welovesalt.com (incl. research and use of data analytics)

·         Develop automated email campaigns, like monthly newsletters or job alerts

·         Use CRM data and campaign analytics to better engage with target groups

·         Liaise with the regional offices to create and execute regular internal and external communications

·         Support event organisation and asset creation for international offices

·         Contribute to the website development project and SEO projects with external agency

What we are looking for

·         1-3 years relevant marketing experience

·         A degree in Marketing or relevant subject

·         Experience in blogging or content creation

·         Experience in video editing

·         Great copy writing skills

·         Worked on social media engagement campaigns and email campaigns

·         Are familiar with social media tools and content management systems

·         Proactive team player who takes initiative and can handle a fast-paced environment

·         Someone passionate about learning and eager to develop skills and knowledge in the digital marketing sector
