You will be working with Salt’s established clients and candidates where you will ‘create futures’ across the creative and digital verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely to ensure we are delivering to existing clients
• Build a talent pool of candidates in the Creative/Digital landscape
• Identify and actively develop potential new clients
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
• End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up

What you have to offer:

• Experience within the Creative or Digital space
• Commercially aware, understanding how to execute strategies to deliver results
• Ability to be dynamic and adapt to new market challenges
• Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
• A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
• A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
• People first – you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike
