Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech Sales (Melbourne)

Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
  • Continue to build a universe of digital sales candidates and clients
  • Maximise opportunities with existing clients and identify and actively develop new clients
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process

What you have to offer

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally within digital sales or digital/tech sales experience
  • Commercially aware, understanding how to execute strategies to deliver results
  • Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
  • A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
  • People first,  you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike
