Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology (Auckland)
The Role-
Our Tech team is growing yet again! We’re now at 5 and have further growth budgeted for this year. Specifically, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to come in and specialise in the Software Development space.
You will come in and work on an existing patch of clients, as well as further grow and develop the client base.

Responsibilities-
- Be an expert at identifying new business/prospective clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Software Development landscape
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Develop existing clients/accounts
What you have-
- Previous recruitment experience specialising in Software Development spaces
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
- A drive to be an expert in your field
- A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
- A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
