The role
Due to organic growth, our Sydney office is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant-Technology (Contract Specialist) to join our growing team.
We are looking for a Senior (or Principal) Consultant, to come in and work on an existing patch of clients, as well as further grow and develop the client base.
We have a clear and transparent career ladder, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the Contracting team. Or if an individual contributor is more your style, then we are comfortable with that too!

Responsibilities
- Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Technology landscape- specifically in the Infrastructure/Cyber Security/DevOps spaces OR Mobile- iOS & Android
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
Your ideal profile
- Permanent residency or Australian Citizenship– unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor
- Previous agency contract recruitment experience specialising in the above technology fields- 3-5 years experience
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
- A drive to be an expert in your field
- A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
- A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
