Senior Recruitment Consultant – Contract Specialist (Singapore)

Our Singapore office is looking for a Senior Consultant, to join the high performing Contract team!

You will join an existing team, who work collaboratively to achieve results. This is a 360-degree role, so working end to end, from new business development, through to delivery.

Responsibilities

Identify and actively develop potential new clients
Work closely with our existing clients to ensure we are delivering across not only your universe but our other verticals as well
Build a talent pool of candidates in the Marketing landscape
Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process

Your background

Previous contract recruitment experience, ideally in technology fields
A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
A drive to be an expert in your field
A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
