Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing (Auckland)

The Role-

Not to mention you will be working closely with the lovely Kate, who is also on our Marketing team.  The desk you will be working on will include (but not be limited to) CRM, E-commerce, Insights/Data, and Loyalty roles.

Responsibilities-

• Be an expert at identifying Marketing talent for clients
• Build a talent pool of candidates in the Marketing landscape
• Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process with a client
• Identify and actively develop potential new clients, to pick up roles
• Work with the Regional Director on existing clients, to fill their open roles, as well as further developing the account

• Previous experience as a digital recruitment consultant OR experience in the digital marketing landscape
