Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant – Marketing (Melbourne)

The Role

Our Melbourne office is looking for a Senior Consultant, to join our growing Creative & Marketing team.

You will join an existing team that was named the region’s office of the year in 2020! This role will have you specialising in the Marketing vertical, so knowledge in that area is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively develop potential new clients
• Work closely with our existing clients to ensure we are delivering across not only your universe but our other verticals as well
• Build a talent pool of candidates in the Marketing landscape
• Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
• Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process

Your background

• Previous recruitment experience specialising in Marketing fields
• A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
• Ability to be dynamic – adapt to new market challenges
• A drive to be an expert in your field
• A sense of achievement – that is completing all tasks given to you
• A team player- work cohesively within a team environment
