Our Malaysian office is undergoing a period of exciting growth currently. This is driven by a host of newly acquired client opportunities as well as our long-term strategic growth objectives. We would like to open the door to non-recruiters to join our new Contract Technology Division. We are therefore interested in speaking to potential candidates with transferable competencies, which include:

• Sales
• Relationship management
• Entrepreneurship
• Strategy
• Tenacity

Responsibilities

• Identify client opportunities and foster long-term relationships
• Understand client requirements
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Source candidates using our CRM, social media etc.
• Create and drive advertising campaigns
• Conduct pre-interview screening and competency assessments to ensure fit to detailed client briefs
• Match the most suitable candidates to live positions
• Create long terms relationships with job seekers and provide advice
• Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer

Requirements
We are very open in terms of candidate target audience, so we’d really like to throw this open, though areas of interest include: Digital/Technology Sales/Account Managers Relationship Managers Event Management Digital Client Servicing/Suits Product Sales.

Other transferable areas of experience include:

• Sales/Customer service skills
• Outstanding communication ability
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organised
• Ability to work with targets
• BSc/BA ideally
