Application Consultant

My client is growing its APAC team. They are one of the highly sought after brands for their loyalty management solutions.

You will work closely with the delivery and consultant teams in providing post implementation services to all their APAC clients. You will be the KEY person in the region where clients will trust you with your product know-how and also your ability to assist them with their enquiries. Given you are the SME of the product, you are also in a position to provide any solutions with the engineering team for customization purpose. At times, you will assist the clients on their setup and also implementation processes.

What you’ll need?

• Comfortable and confident in holding a client facing role
• Familiar with any task management tools such as Jira
• Prior experience in providing technical support on web technologies (Web Services, APIs, databases and etc.)

• Prior experience with any ecommerce and marketing platform like Magento, Salesforce will be a bonus
