Program Executive

Salt is currently hiring for Program Executives (Training) for one of its clients. This is a contract role for 8 months.

Manage the Training program

* Ensure that all trainings, marketing, logistics deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

* Ensure resource availability and allocation

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

* Perform risk management to minimize project risks

* Reports to the Programme Manager Manage end to end administrative training operations

* Supervising day-to-day operations of the learning operations team

* Ensure the learning operations team schedule orientation, training sessions, onboarding processes, classes

* Identify opportunities to transform operational processes that results in improved efficiency, productivity, accuracy and effectiveness Manage 3rd party vendors

* Be the main Point of Contact (POC) covering user functionality, operational workflows and interfaces of existing Learning

* Learning Management System (LMS) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and map out current operational processes

* Be the main Point of Contact (POC) for 3rd party administration team and trainers
