Program Manager

Salt-Xpand is looking for a Program Manager Marketing on 12 months extendable contract Role

Role:

• End to end program management for Skills Ignition, a Grow with Program including managing the flow of applicants and comms between the program web site and the correct matchmaking and host teams (PoPs, employment training or host partner).

• Ensuring data integrity, the operations coordinator will partner the finance team to ensure monthly reporting and invoices between training, employment, and host partners and Google and the Singapore Government are accurate, on time and complete to support govt claims process and program reviews .

• Draft program comms, sourcing content, editing and submitting for approval comms that drive engagement between stakeholders as needed (host , employment , training partners, trainee and government)

• Provide reactive support to Skills Ignition community members, including hosting office hours, and responding to all inquiries and needs via the program aliases.

Skill/Experience/Education

• Excellent project management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment Strong Google Workspace Skills including Strong excel / Google sheets skills Strong attention to detail

• Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflow Comfortable in managing ambiguity and driving resolution in unknown situations Ability to proactively addressing roadblocks and other issues Effective (efficient and clear) cross-functional communicator (across all levels)

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• Strong writer experienced in corporate communications and any previous experience managing high visibility community facing programs a plus
