Reporting Analyst- Banking

We are looking for a Client Reporting Analyst for a role with our Fintech client. This role starts with a 6 months contract opportunity

What you will do:

• Deliver a superior client experience via front-line client service to clients and related third parties
• Understand the needs of the reports, its requirements and responding to client queries
• Creation/Facilitation of accurate and meaningful reports- by analysing trends in queries and constantly improving the services by researching client, market and fund data and related information
• Work on Automation/standardisation efforts and the evolution of standard deliverable
• Evaluate systems, processes for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
• Understand the risk environment within the department – promote risk awareness, assessment and control

What you should have:

• Experience in the Financial industry and reporting/ visualisation.
• Keen interest in investment products
• Outstanding client service skills, maturity and judgement in dealing directly with clientele
• Programming or automation experience with tools like Python, RPA, SQL is a plus
• Experience in MS Excel, VBA and Macros is a must
