Sales Enablement Trainer

Salt Talent Search is looking for Trainer (Sales Enablement) for 12 months extendable contract Role

What Will You Do:

• Support the Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate training plan deliverables and communicating out sales training event results
• Build and maintain strong relationships with APAC leadership and sales team to ensure alignment across regional business needs
• Interface with cross-functional teams contributing to or affected by the project or program
• Design and develop creative training materials using adult learning principles
• Contribute to content development modules such as trainer and facilitator guides
• Deliver training across multiple modalities including Webinar, in-person classroom, and a blended learning approach to all internal Digital Media sales employees and re-sellers including new hire learner and seasoned sellers

What Will You Need:

• BA/BS in Training & Development adult learning programs or related discipline
• 2-3 years experience in software in-person training facilitation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proven ability with using Products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical content
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to think on your feet
• Adaptable to changing environments
• Experience dealing with customers
• Travel through Asia Pacific expected once per quarter to deliver training including international travel
