Accounts Executive

Salt is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive for a 12 extendable contract role

What Will You Do:

• To prepare Balance Sheet Schedule, Fixed Asset Schedules, Journal Log for review
• Prepare non-payroll related journals for month-end closing
• Assist with preparation of consolidated Financial Statements and integration of China Legal Entity for group reporting
• Review staff claims based on risk and analytics (propose automation and pick out different checks for TMF and this new role before payment run)
• Assist Accounting Manager on GST preparation particularly on detailed workings required for accuracy and completeness (invoice format, pro-rated gst claims, gst not eligible for claims such as gift etc).
• Assist Accounts Payable and Accountant in preparing month-end accruals
• Ensure Accounts Payable Month-End Closing Checklist is compiled for on EOM Tuesday
• Take charge of Staff Cafeteria Retail Transactions including revenue recognition, expenses and payment reconciliation
• Any other matters that is required by Accounting Manager

What Will You Need:

• 1 year experience on accounting side of business
• Experience in General ledger
